The great thing about project ZACA is that it provided financial assistance to the displaced people. However, it failed to provide those who relocated in Ouaga 2000 C with basic infrastructure such as a decent health (still not fully operational), schools, recreational centers, and last but not least a market. The market is one of the most important element for residents of Ouaga 2000 C as most of them were and are still working in the informal sector. So, six years after relocation, they still don't have a market, which severely affects their mode of life and livelihood strategies.
